To prevent losing your precious data you should make an account recovery password.
NOTE: you will need to make a new password each time you use the recovery function. This is prevent players from selling an account and then stealing it back.
Creating a password[]
To create a password for your account go to the other menu on the far right and select だーた引き継ぎ.
Type in a password and select okay.
The next screen will display your user ID and password. Use the orange button on the right to email it to yourself, or copy it down or take a screenshot. Keep this password safe.
Account Recovery[]
Recover your account by selecting 引き継ぎ on the far left of the loading screen menu.
NOTE: if you haven't previously created a password in the steps above or if you have already recovered your account and have not made a new password you will be unable to recover your data. Players who have bought gems from the App Store or from Google Play will be able to contact Bandai to recover their lost data.
Enter your ID and password and hit okay. Now you should have your data back. Make sure to make a new recovery password immediately.
Finding Rush Stone purchase receipt ( For Google Play )[]
Go to google payment center and click view purchase on the other purchase activity
And find rush stone purchase from your payment center. It should contain the keyword "ラッシュストーン"
Click on it, you can see the order number/transaction id and relevant information of this purchase and which is an important evidence to show you are the real owner of the account when you lost your account.
